I previously worked with veterans, first responders, and their families gaining experience with PTSD, depression, anxiety, life transitions, relational challenges, and the toll of deployment on the solider and those left stateside.
I am trained as a Gottman Level 1 couples’ counselor and in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing).
