About My Clients
I am licensed in Tennessee and specialize in grief and ambiguous loss. While I have experience working with a wide range of issues, my personal experience navigating grief, disappointment and uncertainty, makes me uniquely suited to help guide you through these dark periods. Whether you’re mourning the death of a loved one, the end of an important relationship, or the loss of dreams and goals, it would be an honor to shepherd you out of difficult times.
My Background and Approach
I utilize several modalities and techniques tailored to your individual needs and comforts. Including, but not limited to, existential, somatic, Jungian, and EMDR. The clients I work best with are those interested in doing deep work and in growing their personal resilience. Sometimes the path out of those depths can seem treacherous, dark, and impossible; but finding the right counselor, someone you trust to light the way, and usher you into the clearing can bring lasting, transformative change.
