About My Clients

Hey Millennials! Tired of news alerts stressing you out, purity culture guilt, or worrying about the future? Feel like you’re falling behind when you see others traveling, getting married, or having kids? You’re not alone—I’m a Millennial too! Let’s work on boundaries, confidence, and creating a life where you feel seen, heard, and empowered.

My Background and Approach

I have a background in working with children and adults. I received my master’s degree in clinical and mental health counseling from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas and my bachelors degree in social work from there as well. My clinical background started when I worked as a social worker at a local health clinic and I encounter many different walks of life. I work through a eclectic therapeutic perspective using a combination of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Behavioral Therapy. Between the both perspectives you and I will work collaboratively to concquor thoughts that may make this transistor in life as smooth as possible.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy should feel safe, supportive, and empowering. My approach is rooted in compassion and understanding, with the goal of helping you feel seen and heard. I believe healing happens when we explore your story without judgment, set healthy boundaries, and build tools for confidence and connection. Everyone deserves a space to grow, and I’d be honored to walk that journey with you.
