About My Clients
My clients struggled with significant life challenges, such as trauma, divorce, ADHD, chronic illness, and complex relationship issues. All my clients are different with unique symptoms and overwhelming pressure. They wanted relief and genuinely ready for help. Together, we worked to reduce symptoms and increase their quality of life.
My Background and Approach
When life feels overwhelming and high pressure exists to manage personal issues, I work with clients in therapy to minimize the distress and overcome obstacles in a safe and nonjudgmental environment. Since it can be scary and painful to reveal vulnerability, I strive to build a trusting therapeutic relationship in which my clients feel comfortable to explore personal experiences. The therapy sessions are tailored to each client. Treatment can be on a short or long term basis depending on the client’s needs. As for the specifics on my credentials, I have a master’s degree, doctorate degree, and I have more than 18-years of experience helping clients improve their lives.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
In our time together, you can expect empathy, honesty, advocacy, and a psychologist who will help you become the best version of yourself. My work with clients is centered on collaboration, where we work together to develop tools and skills tailored to your specific needs. I always work from a perspective that is trauma-informed, sex and body-positive, and inclusive of all individuals. In my spare time, I volunteer with animal rescues and shelters. I have fostered more than 370 dogs.
