Reaching out for therapy or assistance during this challenging time doesn't mean that you are broken or weak. Reaching out for assistance actually takes courage and reflects internal strength. Whether you are having difficulty with negative self talk, irritability, confusion, going through a breakup, grief, or life transition I am here to help.
My Background and Approach
The body has an amazing ability to heal from traumatic experiences and past wounds. My focus is providing a Non-Judgmental environment that fosters trust and openness so that healing can begin within the therapeutic relationship. I believe in educating my clients with psychoeducation so clients can have a sense of understanding and clarity pertaining to what is happening for them. I am an eclectic therapist and offer alternative therapy options other than talk therapy to aid with negative beliefs about self and present issues within the clients environment.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Learned behaviors, previous attachment wounds, negative beliefs can affect us presently in many aspects of our lives. This heaviness can feel so intense that it almost feels as if you have a backpack full of rocks on your back. I believe that everyone has the ability to heal from within even if in the moment it feels unachievable. With therapy you don't have to do this alone.
