My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and certified Clinical Heart-Centered Hypnotherapist who has also been trained in Past-Life Regression Therapy. I have a strong background in bodywork as well, although that is no longer my primary focus. There are so many pathways and levels to healing, and I enjoy tailoring my approach to the uniqueness of each person's journey. Meditation and mindfulness are often incorporated into therapy sessions. I often guide clients through visualizations, meditations, and regression experiences. Empowerment through education is another component of my work. We often get trapped in our own limiting beliefs. Most of us have never had formal education on topics such as personal boundaries, invisible forms of abuse, codependency and emotional intelligence. I have personal experience breaking free from my own self-imposed traps. I enjoy empowering others to do the same! I recently became a certified trainer in Infinite Possibilities tut.com.
