About My Clients
I work with all ages of people who are seeking a better way to do this life- without suffering. They have made a decision to be open and brave, curious to seek healing and find meaning, self-appreciation, and purpose. They desire positive relationships and spiritual growth. This person is in all of us. And we have all that we need within us, we just might need the guidance to have it revealed, and to realize our worth.
My Background and Approach
I use Brainspotting Therapy to assist people in going deeper to experience healing from past wounds and current suffering. I assess the clients needs on a holistic level to see “stuck points” and bring those into awareness and then resolve them. I teach and coach my clients on how to have healthy relationships (including with themselves). I support my clients in a nonjudgmental way and offer them a space to be heard.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe all people have the natural ability to heal themselves if they are willing and have the tools to do so. I believe people need social connection, meaning, purpose, and nature to thrive. I also think that it is important to have laughter, grace, and tolerance. When we live in the present moment of awareness, it is easier to bring these into being and benefit from them.
