About My Clients
I have done extensive work with individuals, families and couples counseling. I feel that seeking therapy shows tremendous inner strength and character! I feel it is an honor to walk with people in part of their journey of life where they may need some extra support or a fresh perspective on various situations. I can help you build inner strength, increase communication skills with couples, conflict resolution skills, depression, anxiety, self worth and body image.
My Background and Approach
I use of a variety of therapeutic techniques in CBT, DBT, Emotional Focused Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Strengths-based Therapy and Inner Child healing. I have training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy - Level 1 and Level 2, through The Gottman Institute. I also have training in IFS (Internal Family Systems) therapy and EFT.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe all humans are capable of change and have a purpose. I believe in equality will not allow anyone to make racist comments or derogatory statements about anyone in my presence. I fully support the LBGTQ community. In my office, you are safe to be you!
