In my years of practice, I have developed specialties in working with adolescents, adults and seniors. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing depression and anxiety, relationship concerns, family-of-origin concerns, and self-esteem issues like shame, unworthiness, and codependency.
My Background and Approach
Amy has earned her Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from The University of Missouri and her Master of Arts in Counseling from Amberton University. Amy has worked in an outpatient treatment center and gained clinical experience by providing services through case management, leading groups, and individual therapy.
