About My Clients
I am looking for clients interested in utilizing EMDR to heal a variety of stressors that may include anxiety, depression, and a history of trauma. I am excited to share this tool with you to heal from within.
My Background and Approach
As a clinical social worker, I enjoy meeting new people and working together to find inner strength. I want to support individuals in becoming the best version of themselves. My hope is that visitors to this blog find resources that may help them identify areas that they want to fine tune. As a clinician, I strive to support the whole patient. Mental health and physical health are hand in glove. By focusing on various areas of your life, you can level up to a newer, more helpful version of yourself.
