About My Clients
You may look capable while feeling scattered, exhausted or overwhelmed underneath. A late ADHD diagnosis, caregiving role, career change or major life transition may have left you questioning how you function and where your own needs fit. I work with adults who want practical support for executive functioning, anxiety and relationships without losing sight of identity, values and the social pressures shaping their lives.
My Background and Approach
My style is curious, compassionate and practical. We will identify patterns, test tools and build systems that work with your life rather than demanding that you become a different person. I draw from ACT, behavioral activation, CBT, compassion-focused therapy, DBT, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, narrative and solution-focused work. We might break down an overwhelming task, rethink a routine, practice a boundary or explore the belief underneath a recurring struggle. I offer warmth, humor and honest feedback, and I will notice progress that is easy to miss when you are focused on what remains undone.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe personal healing and collective well-being are connected. My background in community organizing, restorative justice and nonprofit leadership has taught me that distress does not happen in a vacuum; systems, relationships and belonging matter. I value cultural humility, shared power and practical action. Outside of therapy, I enjoy reading and taking walks. In the room, I bring the same curiosity I value in community work: an interest in what is possible when people feel heard, supported and able to act on what matters to them.
