About My Clients
I enjoy working primarily with adult populations at this time, but also work with adolescents as well.
My Background and Approach
I am a graduate from Purdue University with a Bachelor's degree of Arts and Behavioral Sciences with a minor in Sociology. I also graduated with an Associates degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision. I obtained my Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling and certification in Addictions Counseling at Purdue University. I have been working as a Mental Health Therapist in the office setting for 7 years. I am a fully licensed mental health therapist in the state of Indiana. I work primarily with adult populations. I am trained in EMDR therapy, which is a trauma-focused therapy that treats trauma and PTSD. I am trained in Exposure Relapse and Prevention therapy that treats OCD issues and behaviors. My theoretical orientation is Gestalt therapy with usage in other theories as well such as CBT, solution focused and Existential. I use an integrative approach when working with my clients to fit their needs.
