I am here to help you navigate through these rocky times dealing with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, work/life balance and self-care challenges. 2020 has been a challenge for many of us, a year filled with life changes has left a feeling of uncertainty.

Supportive Care Services provides a safe healing space to discuss your issues with non-judgement. My therapy approach is result driven, committed to providing sincere, individually tailored, client-centered counseling to all of my clients. I provide tools and techniques to empower you with the confidence to manage your symptoms and take control of your life. We will work together to create goals that you choose to work on. I will support you in attaining the goals, provide you with tools to address your issues, provide relief and adjust as needed. Your feedback is important to me and is encouraged throughout our time together. I stay current with current treatment trends and integrate mindfulness along with other modalities . I have been working as a therapist for 5 years, specializing in anxiety disorders, binge, emotional eating disorders, couples therapy and infidelity. You will gain insight to your current issues and tools to manage them.

I believe in inclusion, as a therapist my goal is to help anyone regardless of sexual orientation ,race, religion or background. Making the 1st step toward improving your life is a courageous decision . Therapy and mindfulness practices helped me in manage my anxiety effectively throughout the years. I have a passion for this career and practice what I preach. Encouraging self-care and self-esteem are important in my personal and professional life.
