About My Clients

I specialize in treating PTSD, anxiety, depression and Adult ADHD from trauma informed evidenced based therapy models. My Background and Approach
With 27 years of experience I remain passionate about the work I do. My current areas of focus include supporting women through transitions, managing Adult ADHD, and evolutionary and biological effects on mental health. I integrate new and effective brain and body based techniques. I approach therapy with a whole-person perspective, considering how sleep, movement, and nourishment influence mood and clarity.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in the power of change and in each person's ability to grow beyond past pain and limitations. I use evidence-based techniques and tailor my approach to meet each person where they are. I’m also committed to ongoing learning and advocacy. I stay informed about the diverse ways people live and identify, and I actively support movements for racial justice, gender equity, and LGBTQ+ rights. I welcome clients of all faiths, as well as atheists and agnostics. Rooted in an existential approach, I believe people have the freedom to shape their lives and create meaning, even in the face of adversity. Therapy can help clarify that meaning and support the changes you want to make.
