About My Clients

I work with individuals navigating infidelity and divorce, and all the emotions and decisions that come with it. You might be repairing your marriage after your affair, trying to end an affair, deciding if you should leave your marriage, or divorcing because of an affair or other reasons. If this is you, you're probably feeling scared of what the future will look like. I help clients learn to be okay with what comes next and bring their best self to their relationships.

My Background and Approach

I approach therapy with warmth, compassion, and humor. In our first few sessions we get to know each other while discussing your history, the issues bringing you to therapy, and what you'd like to change. From there, I'll share a brief overview of how we can work together to address your goals. If you're feeling overwhelmed by guilt, fear, or sadness, I can help you manage that. If you've betrayed your spouse or your marriage is ending, you'll still feel those feelings, and that's appropriate, but they don't have to be so consuming. You can be in a clearer headspace to have hard conversations with your spouse, make good decisions, and get through the day.
