I specialize in grief and loss, offering a safe, compassionate space for healing. After experiencing personal loss, I became passionate about helping others navigate grief in their own unique way. I support clients through bereavement, legacy reflection, and end-of-life transitions, especially older adults. Through creative outlets, I help process deep emotions. I also guide teens in developing emotional intelligence and coping skills to grieve in healthy, resilient ways.
