About My Clients
I help individuals and couples tend to their anxiety, distress and the challenges of living and relating. Reconnecting with your strengths and wholeness opens up new possibilities for life and relationships.
My Background and Approach
I hold masters degrees in Integrated Education and Marriage and Family Therapy and am also a Life-Cycle Celebrant, with over thirty years of experience facilitating creative, educational and transformational work with diverse individuals, couples, families and communities.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Since teaching in a yogic inspired wholistic preschool in Madison, Wisconsin in the mid 1980s my work has always been guided by a belief in our innate capacity to grow, to heal and to transform, provided we are met in the fullness of who we are -- body, mind and spirit. I needed to learn to accompany myself with compassion and courage and I love to support clients in doing this as well. I am LGBTQ+ friendly and affirming, passionate about our stories, our earth and the power of love, art and grassroots connections to bring about peace and justice.
