I have worked with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. The bulk of my work has been with those who have been affected by violence, trauma, anxiety, depression, and confidence. I feel that there is always more to learn, therefore I am always looking for ways to expand strategies to help. Everyone is different and has different needs, therefore I adjust practice in whichever way would be best for you.
My Background and Approach
My background includes direct client work as well as experience in courtrooms and leadership roles, and all of it has deepened my belief in every person’s dignity and worth.
