About My Clients

I work with LGBTQ+ adults and others navigating complex trauma, anxiety, identity, and life transitions. My clients are seekers โ€” of healing, connection, and self-understanding. Many have been silenced or marginalized and are now ready to reclaim their voice, their power, and their peace. Wherever you are on your path, I offer a safe, affirming space to explore, release, and reconnect โ€” to yourself and your worth.

My Background and Approach

Iโ€™m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) with a Masterโ€™s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I work from a trauma-informed, identity-affirming lens and specialize in supporting LGBTQIA+ adults, trauma and abuse survivors, and those navigating anxiety, depression, or major life transitions. My approach is collaborative, relational, and rooted in deep respect for your lived experience. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Trauma-Focused CBT โ€” integrating evidence-based practices with curiosity and compassion. Therapy with me is a space to be fully seen and supported as you explore, heal, and reconnect with your most authentic self.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I view healing as both a personal and sociocultural journey โ€” a reclamation of voice, truth, and self-worth in a world that often marginalizes or pathologizes difference. As a queer-affirming therapist, Iโ€™m committed to anti-oppressive, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and justice-centered care. I strive to create therapeutic spaces where all identities are seen, honored, and supported. I believe therapy can be a transformative process of reconnecting with your values, inner clarity, and personal power. My approach values unlearning harmful internalized messages and relearning ways of being that align with authenticity, dignity, and connection. I hold deep respect for the courage it takes to show up fully and believe in the healing potential of presence, curiosity, and compassionate care.
