My Background and Approach
My background is primarily in treating trauma. I am a certified EMDR therapist and have applied EMDR to a variety of concerns my clients have had trouble with. I am also trained in career counseling and can support clients in work transitions as well.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in equality and access for all which is part of the reason I accept insurance. I maintain a judgement free space for my clients to explore what can make them the person they want to become.
