About My Clients
I am a mental health therapist focused on serving children, adults and families. My experience and training allow me to assist with parent child relationships, explosive behavior in children, trauma and trauma related presenting issues, self harm and suicidal ideation, behavioral concerns in teens and children and other issues of concerns for both adults and children. I work both in office and outdoors with equines. I look forward to serving you and your family!
My Background and Approach
I have specialized training in trauma modalities such as EMDR, somatic experiencing, dissociative disorders, play therapy and counseling including horses and other animals. I have experience working in schools and can navigate the 504 and special education process. I have training in child parent relationship therapy and can assist parents with relational and behavioral concerns in children.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that all people should be free to enjoy and live their lives as their true selves. I believe that people will do well if they can and walk side by side with my clients to identify unreslovled issues that may impede them from reaching their goals. I strongly believe that pulling our pieces back together and being our true, authentic selves is crucial to healing.
