About My Clients

My clients are often racially diverse, first or second generation immigrants or members of the LGBTQIA+ community. Their struggles often lie within depression, anxiety and PTSD. By exploring intergenerational and cultural trauma, I guide clients in creating their identities and navigating healthy boundaries. Believing in my clients' innate strength and resilience, I equip them with practical tools to manage their challenges.

My Background and Approach

Are you struggling with anxiety, depression or trauma? It's okay to not be okay. As a mental health counselor, I understand how overwhelming these issues can be. That's why I use evidence-based approaches like Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and integrative techniques from Compassionate Inquiry to help you heal and build resilience. My approach is personalized and compassionate, tailored to meet your unique needs and goals. By working together, we can identify the root causes of your challenges, address them in a safe and supportive space, and equip you with the tools to manage your emotions and lead a fulfilling life. Let's embark on this journey together!

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

As a women of color clinician, I prioritize compassion and acceptance and am geared towards serving marginalized communities. My practice utilizes a gender-affirming and LGBTQIA+ friendly philosophy.
