About My Clients
This space is for the high-functioning woman who feels disconnected from herself after divorce, betrayal, emotional abuse, or a painful relationship. She may appear successful and capable on the outside, but struggles with self-doubt, people-pleasing, grief, or difficulty trusting her instincts. She's ready to move beyond survival mode, rebuild self-trust, strengthen boundaries, and reconnect with her sense of identity, power, and self-compassion.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with the Louisiana Board of Examiners for Licensed Professional Counselors and the Texas Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors. Healing after separation, divorce, or emotionally abusive relationships can feel disorienting and lonely -- especially when others expect you to "move on". My work integrates relational therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic nervous system healing, EMDR, and cognitive approaches to support deep, lasting transformation. This is not one-size-fits-all therapy. It is intentional, layered work designed to help you reclaim your identity, rebuild confidence, and move forward with clarity and a renewed sense of self. Texas LPC #74772, Louisiana LPC #8257, National Certified Counselor #707054, EMDR-trained Therapist, IFS Level 1-trained Therapist, Twelve years of experience and training.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
At Truth to Healing Counseling, you are not treated as a diagnosis—you are treated as a whole woman with a story that matters. In this space, you don't have to over-explain your cultural experience, your ambition, or your exhaustion. I bring clinical depth, cultural attunement, and direct, transformative work that helps you reclaim your voice, rebuild your identity, and stand firmly in your power. My promise is simple. You will not be minimized. You will not be rushed. You will be challenged with care, supported with clarity, and equipped with practical tools.
