I work with clients who may struggle from anxiety, depression, stress, or family issues. Together we discuss how I can be better support for you in order for you to gain the skills needed to thrive. Clients who are motivated to see change often thrive with my guidance and partnership.
My Background and Approach
I work with individuals using the strength based approach to show you that you are capable of all that you put your mind to. That can be working it out in your relationship, relieving anxiety or stress, or alleviating academic or professional struggles. I also enjoy using the mindfulness approach with clients to show you techniques of being in tune with your self. I am here to help you find that balance working together at your own pace.
