Burnout, overwhelm, and life transitions can leave you feeling disconnected and unsure of how to move forward. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, overthinking, burnout, and major life changes, with a focus on supporting young adults, college students, and those stepping into new responsibilities, as well as older adults adjusting to change. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that keep you stuck and build practical grounding tools to help you feel more supported and connected.
My Background and Approach
Do you often feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, or emotional exhaustion? Maybe your mind never slows down, you overthink everything, or feel stuck between wanting change and not knowing where to begin. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard without judgment while also gaining practical tools you can use in everyday life. Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, and acceptance-based approaches. I help clients navigate anxiety, burnout, emotional overwhelm, stress, and life transitions by building self-awareness, emotional regulation, and healthier coping strategies.
