About My Clients
I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, panic, phobias, ADHD, relationship challenges, life transitions, stress, and self-esteem concerns. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. Together, we identify patterns that may be contributing to distress, build practical coping skills, and work toward meaningful goals. I strive to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard and understood!

My goal is to create a warm, non-judgmental environment where you feel comfortable exploring challenges, building insight, and working toward meaningful change. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Together, we'll identify patterns that may be contributing to distress, develop practical coping strategies, and build on your existing strengths. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, panic, relationship concerns, life transitions, and other life stressors. Whether you're facing a specific challenge or simply feeling stuck, I strive to help you feel empowered, supported, and equipped with tools that can be applied both in and outside of therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that every person has strengths, resilience, and the capacity for growth, even during life's most difficult moments. Seeking support takes courage, and therapy can provide a space to better understand yourself, navigate challenges, and create meaningful change.
