About My Clients
I love working with all: children, teens, young adults, and adults who are trying to figure themselves out. Maybe you’re feeling anxious, stuck, misunderstood, or just tired of carrying everything on your own. You might be navigating school stress, family dynamics, relationships, or big life transitions. If you’re looking for a space that feels safe, real, and supportive I’m here to help. Together, we’ll build insight, confidence, and tools that actually feel usable in your everyday life.
My Background and Approach
I am a therapist experienced in working with all ages navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and self-esteem concerns. I utilize evidence-based approaches such as CBT, mindfulness, and psychoeducation to help clients better understand their thoughts, regulate emotions, and build practical coping skills. I specialize in supporting anxiety, attention challenges, emotional regulation, and interpersonal conflict. Clients benefit from a structured yet warm approach that blends insight with actionable tools, helping them feel more confident, self-aware, and capable in their daily lives. I utilize a realistic perspective on life in my counseling style.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that growth is always possible, no matter where you’re starting from. I see therapy as a collaborative process built on honesty, accountability, and compassion. I value authenticity, I don’t expect you to have it all together in session. In fact, some of the best work happens when you show up exactly as you are. I strongly believe in creating an inclusive, affirming space for individuals of all identities, backgrounds, and orientations. Everyone deserves to feel safe, heard, and respected. I support causes that promote mental health awareness, emotional education for all, and breaking the stigma around asking for help. At my core, I believe that many of the patterns we struggle with were learned, which means they can be unlearned. My role isn’t to “fix” you, but to help you understand yourself more clearly and build skills that give you more control, confidence, and peace in your everyday life.
