My Background and Approach
My experience with Play therapy has be effective utilizing online resources to process feelings, strengthen emotional regulation, build coping skills, gaining self awareness and improve communication without relying solely on words in a natural way. Some Mindfulness techniques to be expected are breath work, meditation practice, introspective questioning, body scans, and visualization exercises.
