About My Clients
We are an LGBTQIA+ safe therapy office. We have LGBTQIA+ therapists as well as therapists who are allies. We work with adults, children (10+), adolescents, couples, and families with issues in their lives ranging from self-acceptance, self-discovery, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, communication issues, trauma, and PTSD.
My Background and Approach
We are trained in EMDR, Brainspotting, Flash therapy, CBT Therapy (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Narrative Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
We believe that every person has the right to be their true selves. We also believe that if our world were to support everyone's true talents and true selves, that we would have a better world. We are focused on YOU being the best YOU.
