About My Clients
I work with creatives—actors, screenwriters, artists—and high-performing professionals navigating burnout, anxiety, perfectionism, and performance pressure. On the outside, things may look steady, but internally your system may feel constantly “on.” Together, we identify the patterns driving overwork and focus on nervous system regulation and sustainable performance—so you can create and perform without burning out.
My Background and Approach
My background is in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with advanced training in trauma-informed therapy, narrative therapy, and nervous system regulation. I work with founders, creatives, performers, and high-capacity professionals navigating burnout, anxiety, perfectionism, and performance pressure. On the outside, things may look steady—but internally, your system may feel constantly “on.” My approach is relational, direct, and structured. This work goes beyond coping. We examine the patterns driving overdrive and focus on emotional regulation and sustainable capacity, so you can lead, build, and create without burning out.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I don’t believe high-capacity individuals are “too much” or “too driven.” In many cases, their nervous systems have adapted to sustained pressure, responsibility, and high expectations. My approach is relational, direct, and person-centered—but not passive. I don’t pathologize ambition, and I don’t reduce burnout to surface-level coping strategies. Instead, we look at the internal patterns driving performance, including overwork, hyper-independence, and chronic stress responses. This is trauma-informed therapy focused on burnout, anxiety, and nervous system regulation. We explore how identity, culture, leadership, and responsibility shape your stress response, while building emotional regulation and sustainable capacity. Therapy with me is not just about coping—it’s about operating differently, with more clarity, stability, and intention.
