About My Clients
My ideal clients are those who may be struggling to balance the demands of everyday life while carrying the weight of painful experiences, difficult emotions, or relationship challenges. You may find yourself constantly worrying, feeling disconnected from others, questioning your self-worth, or repeating patterns that leave you feeling frustrated and exhausted. You do not need to have all the answers before starting therapy. Sometimes simply recognizing that something needs to change is enough.
My Background and Approach
My approach is collaborative, supportive, honest, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, somatic approaches, trauma-focused therapies, and DBT-informed skills to help clients develop insight, strengthen coping skills, and create lasting change. Therapy with me is a space where you can feel heard, understood, respected, and accepted while also being gently challenged toward growth and healing.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel safe, heard, and understood. My goal is to create a space where you feel respected and accepted while also being gently challenged to explore new perspectives, build resilience, and move toward meaningful growth. Together, we can work to better understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen your connection to yourself and others, and develop tools that support long-term healing and well-being.
