The individuals I help have various life issues they are trying to manage on their own including but not limited to anxiety, depression, grief, low self esteem, relationship stress, family stress, poor boundaries, workplace stress, past trauma, confusion about their life’s purpose, and many more.
My Background and Approach
I have various therapeutic modalities in my toolbox that I use depending on the individual and their needs. Typically I use strength-based, trauma-informed, and solution-focused therapy as well as acceptance and commitment therapy. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Strategic Family Therapy are additional theories and modalities that may be used as appropriate.
