I work with children, teens, and adults who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem struggles, identity exploration, gender transition and the stressors of everyday life. I have a direct approach while also being really good at holding space.
My Background and Approach
I have experience supporting children, teens, and adults through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, identity exploration, and relationship concerns. My clinical background includes using evidence-based practices like cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and narrative therapy, as well as creative and experiential methods that engage clients in meaningful ways. My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-focused. I believe therapy works best when it feels authentic and empowering, helping clients connect with their inner resilience while learning practical tools for emotional regulation, self-awareness, and healthier relationships. I also draw from my own lived experience, which allows me to show up with empathy, honesty, and respect for the complexity of each person’s story.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a space where people feel safe to show up exactly as they are—messy, complicated, hopeful, or unsure. I see healing as a collaborative process rooted in compassion, authenticity, and respect for each person’s unique story. I value honesty, curiosity, and creativity, and I encourage clients to connect with their strengths while building new skills to navigate life’s challenges. Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time in nature, playing with my dogs, browsing random shops, eating and cooking food and laughing as much as possible. I also love exploring new ideas and finding playful ways to bring creativity into everyday life. These interests keep me grounded and inspire the flexibility and imagination I bring into my sessions.
