About My Clients

My Background and Approach
I enjoy working with clients that feel stuck and overwhelmed. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). EMDR is a power intervention, used to heal trauma that is stored in nervous system and help people to move forward. I also use an eclectic approach of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Therapy to help my clients build insight and find clarity. We will work together to identify parts of yourself that feel frustrating and stressful, and move towards healing.
