Living your best meaningful life is something everyone desires. Sometimes we need help along the way on our journey. I am a pre-licensed mental health professional who has worked with young children and teens as a teacher and have helped develop minds in a safe and positive environment. My goal is to use an approach that specifically caters to you and will help guide you towards a meaningful life. I would love to give you the right tools for your journey in a judge-free environment.
My Background and Approach
Former teacher who has 10+ years of working with children and adolescents. Have teacher, ESL, and counselor state certifications. Also have experience working with children with issues of stress, anxiety, confidence, peer relationships, anger management and other behavior related issues. I don't believe that there is a one-for-all approach. I would like to rather assess a person and then work towards goals and solutions from there.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe as humans we all are on different journeys in life. Throughout this journey we all go through different struggles and difficulties. We may not always know how to handle or get through those difficulties alone, and that is absolutely ok. I can offer a safe and judge-free environment for you to open up in and collaborate together to get you to the best version of yourself.
