Our practice is inclusive, offering affirming care for LGBTQ+ individuals, people of color, and caregivers navigating unique stressors. My Background and Approach
Our team of skilled clinicians is dedicated to providing compassionate, tailored care for individuals navigating a variety of challenges. We specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support emotional regulation and coping skills, EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) as well as other trauma-focused approaches to help clients heal and grow. Our practice is inclusive, with a strong focus on affirming care for LGBTQ+ individuals and people of color, recognizing and addressing the unique experiences they face. We also provide support for caregivers, understanding the complexities of their roles, and work extensively with clients managing depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns. Our goal is to create a safe and supportive space for everyone we serve.
