About My Clients
My ideal client is an individual or family, women, men, and children, navigating life transitions such as pregnancy, postpartum changes, shifting roles, or family stress. They may feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward, with adults struggling internally and children expressing distress through emotions or behavior. They seek a supportive, nonjudgmental space to build clarity, improve communication, strengthen relationships, and develop resilience so they can move forward.
My Background and Approach
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology and have built my clinical foundation through work in child welfare, advocacy, and intensive outpatient settings. I previously worked with Child Protective Services and at a Child Advocacy Center, where I supported children and families impacted by trauma, abuse, and significant life stress. These experiences shaped my trauma-informed, compassionate approach and reinforced the importance of safety, trust, and collaboration in the healing process. I also have experience facilitating Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) groups, supporting individuals in building coping skills, emotional regulation, and connection through shared therapeutic work. I provide trauma-informed, client-centered therapy for individuals and families navigating life transitions. I support women, men, and children through pregnancy and postpartum experiences, identity shifts, and family stress, offering a supportive space to build clarity and stronger connection.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing begins in spaces where people feel safe, seen, and respected. Every individual and family carries their own strengths, wisdom, and capacity for growth, even during times of stress or transition. I believe therapy should be collaborative and compassionate, honoring each person’s lived experience while creating room for curiosity, clarity, and change. Trauma and life transitions can shape how we see ourselves and our relationships, but they do not define who we are. With support, reflection, and connection, healing is possible, and resilience can be rebuilt at a pace that feels right for each client.
