About My Clients
My clients are resilient, engaged and looking to make changes in their life. They engage in emotional transformative work. Each client is unique and tells their story in the way that's meaningful to them. My clients come from various cultures, religions and sexualities. I've worked with those experiencing relationship distress, grief, trauma, loneliness, anxiety, ADHD, OCD and depression. Those questioning who they are and their sexual identity are always welcome with me.
My Background and Approach
I use curiosity to best understand each client I work with. Attachment theory guides my work in supporting clients as I utilize both Emotionally Focused Therapy and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy to help my clients achieve their goals. My passion is working with individuals and couples who need guidance towards understanding their emotions better to create a more calm, confident, curious connected self.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
While the human experience has so many shared experiences, each of our paths are unique. I believe compassion and respect for each person is important. I stay curious to understand my client's perspectives from a non-judgemental stance.
