My areas of practice include anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, pregnancy-related mood and anxiety disorders, and life transitions. My approach to therapy is person-centered and insight-oriented. In other words, I provide a genuine and empathic environment where individuals can safely explore life's challenges in order to reach their full potential. I customize my interventions to fit the client with the goal of increasing awareness. Therapeutic techniques can be adapted to short or long-term goals, depending on the needs and interests of the client.
