About My Clients
Curious, introspective, creative, and resilient individuals—especially teens, young adults, and professionals who feel misunderstood, isolated, or concerned about trust, identity, or neurodiversity. She excels supporting clients navigating life transitions, trauma, perfectionism, ADHD/autism, and complex attachment patterns, using a gentle, structured approach rooted in EMDR, somatic work, parts-work, and trauma-informed, experiential methods.
My Background and Approach
Owner and lead therapist at AM Enough Counseling in Pittsburgh, PA, where I offer both in-person and virtual sessions across Pennsylvania. My work began with helping children and adolescents. Since have expanded to supporting young adults and fellow helping professionals facing neurodiversity (ADHD/autism), (C)PTSD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and/or perfectionism. I’m passionate about creating a collaborative, judgment-free space where you can explore emotions, uncover survival strategies, and “befriend” your feelings instead of just tracking them. I hope to help you reduce shame, build self-awareness, and make tangible progress toward nervous system regulation.
