About My Clients
I work best with people who are feeling overwhelmed and like their mental health has taken a backseat. Many of my clients are thoughtful and self-aware but find themselves emotionally drained by life circumstances, relationship challenges, or past trauma. They’re looking for a space to talk openly and make sense of things on a deeper level. In addition to my general practice, I have advanced training in the assessment and treatment of serious mental illness.
My Background and Approach
For teens, sessions focus on managing anxiety, building healthier coping skills, understanding emotions, and navigating school, friendships, and family relationships with confidence and clarity. For adults, support can help reduce stress, work through anxiety or depression, heal from trauma, and shift unhelpful patterns in relationships or communication. Many clients seek guidance during major life transitions, family conflict, or periods of overwhelm when they’re ready for meaningful change. If serious stress or mental health challenges arise, you’ll have guidance from someone trained to help you navigate difficult moments safely and steadily. The goal is simple: for you—or your teen—to leave each session feeling lighter, supported, and more hopeful about what’s ahead.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
People of all backgrounds, cultures, genders, sexual orientations and spiritualities are welcome in my practice. I provide recovery-oriented care to help you understand what you’re experiencing and work toward a more stable, grounded life.
