About My Clients
I work with adolescents, couples, and military members. My ideal clients are those seeking a compassionate space to process the mental health challenges that come with high-stress lifestyles. Whether you are balancing the demands of family, service-connected transitions, or seeking a sense of balance in your daily life, I am dedicated to walking alongside you on your journey.
My Background and Approach
As an LLPC at Quantum Mental Health Wellness Counseling, I bring a unique perspective shaped by my journey as a military spouse and mother. My time living in Okinawa, Japan, deeply enriched my cultural humility and expanded my understanding of global mental health awareness. With over five years of experience working across various age groups. I offer an understanding of life’s many transitions. My therapeutic approach begins with exploring past experiences to uncover the origins of present challenges. Once we identify these patterns, I integrate evidence-based practices including CBT, DBT, and ACT to foster meaningful change. I also utilize Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to ensure we are working toward clear, achievable goals. My goal is to provide a compassionate, informed space for those navigating the complexities of military life and parenthood.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that no one should have to navigate life's greatest transitions alone. My core value as a clinician is rooted in the belief that resilience is not just an individual trait, but something nurtured through community and supportive therapeutic partnerships. Having experienced military life, I am deeply committed to fostering a space where clients feel truly seen and understood, regardless of where they are in their journey. I believe in the power of vulnerability and the strength it takes to prioritize one's mental wellness amidst a high-stress lifestyle.
