As a military spouse, I have a deep personal and professional understanding of the unique challenges faced by the military community. I provide specialized support for veterans and active-duty members navigating the complexities of service life, transitions, and the unique stressors inherent to military culture. Our work will focus on processing these experiences in a space where you don't have to explain the 'lingo' or the lifestyle—because I already understand it.

I provide a supportive and structured environment for those struggling with the repetitive thoughts and behaviors associated with OCD. I understand how intrusive obsessions and the resulting compulsions can disrupt your life and sense of self. Utilizing evidence-based approaches, we will work on breaking the cycle of ritualization and reducing the power these thoughts hold over you, fostering a path toward long-term relief.

I specialize in helping individuals navigate the overwhelming weight of anxiety and chronic worry. Whether you are experiencing physical symptoms of stress, racing thoughts, or a constant sense of unease, we will work together to identify triggers and develop practical coping strategies. My goal is to help you regain a sense of calm and control, allowing you to move through your daily life with greater confidence and ease.

As a specialized treatment for OCD and various anxiety disorders, I provide Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). This evidence-based approach involves gradually and safely leaning into the thoughts or situations that cause distress without engaging in typical compulsive behaviors. My role is to support you through this process at a manageable pace, helping you build confidence and significantly reduce the power that obsessions hold over your daily life.

In my practice, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and reshape the thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to emotional distress. This goal-oriented approach is highly effective for managing anxiety and depression by providing practical tools to challenge negative self-talk. We will work collaboratively to develop new, healthier perspectives and problem-solving skills that lead to lasting positive change.

I utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients stop struggling with their inner experiences and start living a life aligned with their deepest values. Together, we will work on developing psychological flexibility through mindfulness and acceptance strategies.
