About My Clients
I work best with adolescents and adults navigating addiction, trauma, grief, anxiety, and major life transitions. My ideal clients are those who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected and are ready for change, even if they’re unsure where to start. I specialize in supporting individuals in recovery and those impacted by generational or emotional wounds using a holistic, strengths-based approach that blends somatic work, mindfulness, and solution-focused strategies.
My Background and Approach
I bring a holistic, grounded approach to counseling that supports healing on the emotional, physical, and intuitive levels. I integrate mindfulness, somatic awareness, solution-focused techniques, and strengths-based therapy to help reconnect those with themselves and move through anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions with more ease and clarity. My work is collaborative and present-focused—we start with what you’re experiencing right now and gently explore what your mind and body are communicating. I will help build practical, personalized tools you can use in daily life to regulate emotions, reduce overwhelm, and feel more centered in stressful moments. People often come to me feeling stuck, disconnected, or weighed down by life’s demands. Together, we will work to restore balance, strengthen inner resilience, and create sustainable ways of coping that actually fit into real life. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to yourself moving forward.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing happens when we are met with safety, honesty, and acceptance—without judgment or pressure to “perform” change in a certain way. I see people as whole beings, not diagnoses or problems to fix. My work is rooted in the belief that growth is always possible, even in seasons that feel heavy, stuck, or uncertain. I value a holistic approach to mental health that honors the mind-body connection and includes emotional awareness, nervous system regulation, and intuitive self-understanding. I also believe that each person carries inner wisdom, and therapy should help you reconnect with that—not replace it. I am deeply supportive of inclusive, affirming care and strive to create a space where people of all identities feel seen, respected, and safe to show up as they are. I care about accessibility, compassion, and meeting clients where they are without judgment. Outside of therapy, I am drawn to mindfulness, nature-based grounding practices, and creative expression as tools.
