My Background and Approach
The tools we will use in therapy will be carried over into your daily routine and used as needed. My goal is for you to be able to learn new techniques to use outside of therapy. While we will be working collaboratively, my goal for you is to be independently using the tools and techniques you learn in therapy. We may use tools that are not helpful for you, and that is okay. We will find the most helpful tools for your routine and lifestyle.
