About My Clients

We all hope that life's constant changes and transitions will not overwhelm us, but finding ourselves in the chaos is sometimes difficult. Prioritizing ourselves and setting healthy boundaries can be intimidating, especially when we have poured so much into our families, relationships, education, and careers. If you are overwhelmed with constant demands on your energy and time and have lost sight of who you are, I can help.

My Background and Approach

I integrate mindfulness in my approach because I believe in the connection between our mind, our body, and our emotions. I utilize both CBT and DBT frameworks to help clients to find peace and presence in their own lives.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am a bisexual woman who has navigated finding my voice and identity within a Christian faith, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I also wear hearing aids as a support due to some hearing loss. Visible or invisible differences or experiences shape our view of the world and can cause us stress or confusion. Developing our voice and sense of confidence can give us peace in a chaotic world. I am honored to walk alongside anyone who is on a journey to develop their sense of self whether it is due to their identity, a life transition, changing roles, or self-introspection and growth.
