About My Clients
You may be struggling with anxiety, racing thoughts, depression, or feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands. Some days, even simple tasks can feel difficult. You might feel stuck, face a major life transition, or have challenges connecting with your partner or family. You don’t have to navigate it alone. Many of my clients come to therapy for anxiety, depression, self-doubt, relationship concerns, and significant life changes.
My Background and Approach
My approach is collaborative and down-to-earth. I draw from evidenced-based models while also adjusting our work to fit your unique needs and goals because therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process. Together, we focus on uncovering emotions, understanding patterns, building practical coping skills, and creating meaningful, lasting change. Our sessions together will help you explore your emotions, challenge negative thinking and behavior patterns , learn how to cope with stress, provide a space for self-reflection, and work towards achieving your goals. Therapy can offer a space to slow down, sort through what’s going on, and move forward with more clarity. I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself without judgment. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you start - just a willingness to show up is enough.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am passionate about helping others learn to live happy and healthy lives. I know first-hand how much the hard work of therapy can result in amazing personal growth. Whether this is your first time experiencing therapy or not, I am excited to join you on your healing journey. I value trust, authenticity, respect, connection, and personalized care. My belief is that creating a safe, non-judgmental space is the foundation for processing and healing. I adjust each session to meet the client where they are at in order to give them the space they need to grow. I have personal experience with multiple mental health and physical struggles, including anxiety, trauma, and chronic illness, which help to inform my therapy process as well as build connection with clients who have similar experiences. I strive to provide trauma-informed therapy. I am LGBTQ+ affirming, neurodivergent affirming, and multiculturally affirming. I aim to create a safe and comfortable space so ALL are welcome.
