About My Clients
Do you ever feel like your mind is constantly running, leaving you overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of what you truly need? Maybe you’re carrying the weight of past experiences, navigating a difficult transition, struggling in relationships, or feeling stuck and longing for something to change. Therapy can offer a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and make sense of what you’re experiencing.
My Background and Approach
I have a background in Holistic Psychology and Wellness and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with a specialization in Expressive Arts Therapy from Lesley University. I create a supportive space for clients to explore their experiences through both traditional therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), as well as creative and body-based practices. I offer an integrative, person-centered approach to therapy that brings together mindfulness, somatic awareness, expressive arts, emotional exploration, and mind-body connection.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that life is full of many experiences: ups and downs, grief and loss, hardships and triumphs. Each person carries within them a lifetime of stories, experiences, and emotions, and I believe that everyone could use a little extra support in navigating all that life has to offer. I also believe that each person has the autonomy to make their own choices. At times, our own clarity can become obscured by outside expectations, relationships, past experiences, or the many demands of life. Therapy can offer a space to slow down, become more grounded in our own experiences, and reconnect with what feels meaningful and true. From this place, greater clarity can emerge around the choices and decisions that align with our own needs and well-being.
