About My Clients
During the initial session, I will be asking you a series of questions tailored to understand your current situation and how I can best help you. Each session you will learn new skills and how to apply them to your daily life. We will review them in latter session until you feel you have mastered them. We will then process current situations and or trauma. Remember, you don't have to face your struggles alone. Together, we can navigate this journey towards improved mental health and well-being.
My Background and Approach
My goal is to meet your where your needs are. This usually begin with identify skills to increase your mental well-being whether it be emotional regulation skills, crisis survival skills, and or interpersonal effectiveness skills. We can then begin to process current stressors and or trauma to help decrease physiological symptom and increase desired behavior change.
