About My Clients
I provide a neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed, and LGBTQIA+ affirming space where you can show up as you are. As a queer and AuDHD human myself, I strive to support my clients through the navigation of their personal identity. I specialize in anxiety, late-diagnosed/high-masking autism, ADHD, LGBTQIA+ support, and relationship challenges. I am currently open to virtual sessions and seeing clients ages 12-35 years that reside in Texas.
My Background and Approach
My approach is client-centered, strengths-based, and creative. With teens and adults, we might use tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), or nervous system regulation—or simply create space to be real without judgment. I also specialize in helping neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ clients feel safe exploring their identity without pressure to mask. I emphasize naming emotions and nervous system regulation, because feeling safe in your body is just as important as what’s on your mind.
