My ideal client is someone ready to heal, grow and create change in their life. They may feel overwhelmed, stuck or weighed down by stress, self-doubt, or life transitions. They value having a safe, supportive space to process their experiences and are open to learning new perspectives and tools. My ideal client is motivated to work towards self-discovery, balance and healthier coping skills, even if they don't fully know how to get there yet, they're simply ready to begin the journey.

As a Licensed Master Social Worker, my background includes supporting children, families, and individuals through life's challenges in both community and school settings. My approach to therapy is client-centered, compassionate, and solution-focused. I believe that every person already holds the tools within themselves to create change, and my role is to help bring those strengths forward. In our work together , we'll focus on understanding your unique experiences, identifying your goals, and developing strategies that feel practical and empowering, I incorporate evidence-based techniques while also tailoring sessions to fit your needs, ensuring you feel supported, heard, and equipped to move towards healing and growth.

I believe that healing and growth are possible for everyone, no matter their circumstance or past experiences. As a social worker, I have seen the strength and resilience people carry within them, even in their hardest moments. My passion is creating a safe, supportive space where individuals feel heard, valued, and empowered to rewrite their story. I believe in advocating for social justice, standing against inequality, and supporting communities that are often overlooked.
